The First Drop represents Cleo signature pieces. Thoughtfully designed leather mini cases in burgundy, silk scarves, and metal accessories that define our timeless aesthetic. Each piece is part of our conscious production model and crafted to order in limited quantities. The First Drop is available through PrePay and PreOrder, with all orders shipping on 8 December 2025, just in time for the gifting season.

What does PrePay and PreOrder mean at CLEO?

PrePay and PreOrder means your piece is made especially for you. Once you place your order, we begin production with our Italian partners - ensuring no overproduction and complete attention to detail.

Your order will ship out on 8 December 2025, right before the holiday season, so it arrives in time for gifting or self-indulgence.

What if I want to return a piece from the First Drop?

We completely understand that sometimes a piece might not feel quite right. Given the holiday season and the busy end-of-year pace, CLEO offers an extended return period of 30 days from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition - unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund promptly.

We hope this gives you space to experience your piece in calm, without any holiday stress.

What are CLEO’s Exclusive Collectible Pieces?

Exclusive Collectible Pieces are exclusive, limited-edition items available in very small quantities to those who buy above 400 EUR from the First Drop. They can be purchased immediately and ship the next working day. These pieces are meant to elevate your everyday style and celebrate individuality.

Are Collectible Pieces returnable?

Due to their exclusive nature and limited availability, Collectible Pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please check all product details carefully before purchasing.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped via DPD. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your Cleo piece has been dispatched. Delivery times vary based on location, but we aim to ensure your accessories arrive promptly and secure.

Please note that Cleo pieces from the First Drop (Shop) will be shipped on 08.12.25, while Cleo Exclusive Collectibles will be dispatched on the next working day after your purchase.

Can I return or exchange a Cleo Piece?

Yes. If your Cleo piece isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
